Farmers and food industry companies can submit solar panel installation projects without land registry extracts due to ANCPI system issues. AFIR has introduced a temporary procedure to prevent funding application delays. This measure is valid from July 24 to August 14, 2026, allowing applicants to use a declaration instead of the land registry extract. The declaration states that the extract could not be obtained due to ANCPI's unavailability. AFIR will verify the documents during project evaluation. The funding scheme targets agricultural and food industry enterprises aiming to produce solar energy for their own use.
