Atacul cibernetic asupra ANCPI blochează tranzacțiile imobiliare

Senator Daniel Zamfir proposed a law to extend the 9% VAT rate for housing until October 1 due to ANCPI system failures. A cyberattack has disrupted ANCPI services, preventing many home buyers from completing transactions. Without a clear timeline for system restoration, financial risks for buyers increase, and the housing market faces uncertainty. The proposed extension would allow buyers who signed purchase agreements until July 2025 to benefit from the reduced VAT. If not approved quickly, buyers could face significant additional costs.
