A 49-year-old woman from Deva was bitten by a Malinois dog while heading to an elevator. The dog escaped from an apartment and attacked her leg. She was taken to the hospital for treatment. Police identified the dog's owner, a 58-year-old man, who could not explain how the dog got out. Authorities have opened a criminal case against him for failing to prevent the attack and he was detained for 24 hours.
