Radiocom is investigating a cyber security incident resembling a ransomware attack, affecting its email service but not client services. The issue was detected on October 19, and immediate measures were taken to limit its impact, primarily on the internal network. A team from the National Cyber Security Directorate is assisting with the investigation. The company is assessing the affected data and has notified relevant authorities, including DIICOT. Until email services are restored, clients are advised to be cautious with communications from the company.
