ENISA reports that this group has conducted ongoing cyber espionage campaigns throughout 2025, affecting EU member states and highlighting vulnerabilities in the maritime sector. The attacks involve strategic information gathering and have previously targeted EU diplomatic missions and Russian defense companies.
