Although banking card details remain secure, personal information such as addresses and billing history may have been compromised. The company has suspended the portal for security measures and advises customers to be cautious of potential phishing attempts. The breach occurred on October 7, and the portal was shut down the following day. RER Vest reassured that payment card data is not stored by them, as transactions are handled by a payment service provider.
