A ridesharing driver is under investigation for attempted murder after hitting a 14-year-old on an electric scooter and then assaulting him. The incident occurred in Ipotești, Suceava, following a traffic altercation. The driver, angered by an obscene gesture, pursued the boy for about 2 kilometers before the collision. Surveillance footage shows the impact, after which the driver exited his vehicle to physically attack the injured boy. Witnesses identified the driver, who later surrendered to the police and faces charges. The victim requires medical care for 2-4 days.
