Emergency crews rescued 23 crew members from the Liberian-flagged tanker Aframax Rio, which caught fire in the Black Sea after being attacked by an unmanned vessel. All crew members are Indian citizens, and no injuries were reported. The incident occurred near Sochi, a city that has faced drone attacks recently. Additionally, a Russian attack on a Marshall Islands-flagged commercial ship resulted in one death and several injuries. Two other commercial vessels were also targeted by unknown drones near Bulgaria's coast.
