Mayor Astrid Fodor announced that the project is halted because the initial permit was incorrect, causing significant delays in obtaining a new one. The local administration faces challenges due to a lack of qualified technical staff, which affects project execution. The director of CON-A, the construction company, echoed the mayor's concerns about the need for skilled personnel in public administration. The complex, featuring outdoor activities, was expected to be finished by April 2023, but now the opening is postponed.
