Asociaţia Italienilor din România a cerut în instanţă anularea decretului prin care Nicuşor Dan - Primul termen e pe 28 septembrie

The Italian Association in Romania (RO.AS.IT) has filed a lawsuit against President Nicușor Dan's decree appointing Siegfried Mureșan as prime minister candidate. The case was registered at the Bucharest Court of Appeal on September 22, with the first hearing set for September 28. The association, led by MP Ioana Grosaru, seeks to annul Decree 770/2026, claiming that presidential decrees cannot be contested as acts of power. Former judge Cristi Dănileț commented on the lawsuit, emphasizing that such decrees are not subject to judicial review. RO.AS.IT is the only officially recognized organization representing the Italian minority in Romania, founded in 1993 and receiving public funding.
