Asociaţia Forumul Judecătorilor din România face apel la noul Guvern al României pentru a reforma justiția

They highlighted the regression caused by the 2022 justice laws, which undermined judicial independence. The Forum emphasized the need for reforms that align with EU Court rulings and international recommendations, particularly regarding meritocratic promotions and the role of high-ranking prosecutors. They also called for the restoration of the DNA's investigative powers over judges and prosecutors. Additionally, they stressed the importance of regulating mandatory mediation to address delays in civil cases, as supported by recent EU Court rulings.
