Asociația Comunitatea 50 Plus lansează „Digital 50+”, un program de alfabetizare digitală pentru seniorii din București

The Comunitatea 50 Plus Association launches "Digital 50+", a digital literacy program for seniors in Bucharest, funded by the Orange Foundation. The initiative aims to bridge the digital divide among seniors through free training sessions from September to December 2026. The program will train 75 participants in various digital skills, with the goal of enabling 60% to use essential digital services independently and half to feel less socially isolated. Ten participants will become senior mentors to support the community post-project. The initiative emphasizes technology as a tool for inclusion and autonomy for seniors.
