Asociaţia „Basarabia” din Odesa cere rechemarea ambasadorului României pentru gestionarea „inadmisibilă” şi „contraproductivă” a crizei educaţiei preuniversitare în limba română din Ucraina

Anatol Popescu, president of the "Basarabia" Association in Odesa, has called for the recall of Romania's ambassador to Ukraine, Alexandru Victor Micula, due to his handling of the Romanian educational crisis in Ukraine. He expressed dissatisfaction with the Ukrainian authorities' disregard for proposed amendments regarding educational rights for national minorities. Popescu urged the Romanian and Ukrainian foreign ministries to hold an urgent session to address these issues and postpone the parliamentary vote on the relevant legislation. He emphasized the need for genuine consultations with the Romanian community in Ukraine.
