They are accused of bribery and complicity in bribery, with each facing 15 charges. The investigation focuses on fraudulent promotion of exams during two sessions in July and September 2026. The assistant allegedly demanded and received money from students for passing exams, with intermediaries collecting funds from at least 15 students. Total amounts exceeded €37,100, with some funds kept as commissions. The case follows 26 searches in Constanța, where unaccounted cash was seized. The investigation continues against other individuals, maintaining the presumption of innocence.
