The 'Ecosystem' law modernizes the framework for alternative investment funds, simplifying procedures and attracting capital. Avrămescu noted that all objectives in the 2023-2026 capital market development strategy have been met, and a new strategy is underway. He emphasized the improved functioning of the market ecosystem and the importance of modernization measures.
