The average home price in Bucharest-Ilfov is €122,062, while in Transylvania it is €121,619. The average mortgage in Bucharest is slightly over €86,000, compared to nearly €84,000 in Transylvania. The western region ranks third with average home prices around €108,000. Income levels also vary, with Bucharest residents earning an average of nearly 12,000 lei monthly, followed by Dobrogea at 11,500 lei. Nationally, the average home price is €105,080, with an average mortgage of €75,000 and monthly income of 10,183 lei.
