The Romanian Court of Appeal annulled the conviction of American rapper Wiz Khalifa, allowing for a new hearing on November 12, 2026. The court dismissed the previous ruling and canceled the prison sentence issued by the Tribunal of Constanța. Khalifa's presence will be ensured via videoconference, and he will bear the judicial costs. Additionally, a new case regarding drug use has been registered against him, set for appeal.
