DAN AIR has temporarily lost the ability to process online card payments for flight tickets after NETOPIA FINANCIAL SERVICES unilaterally terminated their contract. Passengers can still book flights but must pay via bank transfer. The airline claims the termination was abrupt and without prior notice, affecting their ticket sales capabilities. DAN AIR has reported the issue to the National Bank of Romania and the Competition Council, asserting that the contract termination is a form of retaliation. Despite the payment processing issue, scheduled flights will continue, and previously purchased tickets remain valid.
