On November 4, 13 kilometers of the Bucharest Ring Road (A0) will be opened, enhancing connectivity between A3 and A2. This section will alleviate traffic congestion in the capital and improve access to major highways. The opening was announced by Transport Minister Ștefan Ovidiu Popa, who noted that the construction was funded through the Transport Program 2021-2027, costing nearly 398 million lei without VAT. The initial opening date was postponed due to ongoing works on Lot 3.
