An additional 13 kilometers of the Bucharest Ring Road (A0) will open on Wednesday, connecting A2 and DN2. This section enhances the northern continuity of the highway and links A3 and A2 directly. The construction of lots 3 and 4, valued at 710 million lei, began in 2024. Lot 3, built by CCECC, spans 8.6 km from Afumați to Pantelimon, while Lot 4 connects Pantelimon to Glina. The opening of both lots allows for a continuous connection between A3 and A2. However, the entire A0 ring is not yet complete, as Lot 1 Nord remains to be finished.
