The Minister of Transport, Ștefan Ovidiu Popa, announced that 13 kilometers of the Bucharest Ring Road (A0) will open on November 4. This section will enhance connectivity between A3 and A2 highways. The opening includes Lot 3 and Lot 4, which has already been received. The initial opening date was postponed due to ongoing works. This new segment will significantly reduce traffic congestion in the capital area and improve road network connectivity.
