Lusiana Drăgușin, a dedicated teacher, transformed a dilapidated school in Făgețelu, Olt, into a modern institution, improving educational conditions for local children. After 16 years of commuting over 130 kilometers daily, she has successfully renovated the school, increasing student enrollment and ensuring no child has dropped out after eighth grade.
