A new round of peace negotiations involving the US, Russia, and Ukraine is set for November 10-11 in Abu Dhabi, aimed at ending the conflict. US envoy Steve Witkoff announced that discussions will focus on post-war security arrangements, de-escalation, humanitarian efforts, and steps towards peace. Additionally, US negotiators will meet with representatives from France, Germany, the UK, the EU, and NATO in Brussels to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine and post-war European security architecture. Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed willingness to resume trilateral talks following a meeting with Witkoff.
