Spanish footballer Jesús de Miguel tragically passed away following a collision with the opposing goalkeeper during a match. The incident occurred in the final minutes of a game between CD Tenerife and FC Andorra. After the collision, De Miguel collapsed and required immediate medical attention on the field. Despite efforts to resuscitate him en route to the hospital, he remained unconscious and later succumbed to his injuries. De Miguel, 30, had a career in lower Spanish leagues and was a product of Leganes. The match ended in a draw, and the goalkeeper received a red card for the foul.
