Mirabela Grădinaru, partner of President Nicușor Dan, attended the launch of Romania's first Integrated University Clinic for Diabetes, Nutrition, and Metabolic Diseases for Children. She emphasized the need for family support for children facing such illnesses, describing the clinic as a place for expertise and reassurance. The project is a collaboration between Save the Children Romania, CF2 Clinical Hospital, and Carol Davila University of Medicine. Grădinaru highlighted the emotional challenges families face upon receiving a child's diagnosis and the importance of comprehensive care beyond treatment. She also visited the clinic's construction site and has been active in discussions on children's online safety and mental health.
