Nearly 2,800 European soldiers will participate in a large-scale exercise in Poland aimed at preparing for a potential deployment in Ukraine after a ceasefire. The exercise, named Koalicja, will take place from November 9 to 22 near Nowa Dęba, approximately 100 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. The Multinational Force for Ukraine (MNF-U), led by France and the UK, was established in 2025 to provide security guarantees for Ukraine. The exercise will involve troops from ten countries and focus on coordination and defense capabilities, without offensive operations. The mission aims to support Ukraine's military recovery and ensure security in the region, despite ongoing Russian aggression.
