Recent weather conditions in Romania include heavy rainfall, strong winds, and low temperatures. The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has issued yellow and orange alerts valid until November 4. The yellow alert affects several counties, predicting rainfall of 25-30 l/m², with isolated areas exceeding 40 l/m². The orange alert for Constanța forecasts 30-50 l/m² of rain. As of this morning, temperatures ranged from 1°C in Iezer to 13°C in Sulina, with Bucharest recording 8°C under overcast skies.
