The Coalition of Will, comprising 37 states, will conduct joint military exercises in Poland from November 9-22 to prepare for a potential stabilization mission in Ukraine after a ceasefire. The exercises will take place in Nowa Dęba, led by France and the UK, with around 5,000 troops participating, including 3,000 from 12 European nations and 2,000 Polish soldiers. A Ukrainian military delegation will observe the maneuvers, which aim to test the readiness of participating states to deploy troops in Ukraine post-conflict. NATO has been informed but will not participate directly. The coalition, formed to support a lasting peace in Ukraine, will focus on logistics and counter-drone operations during the exercises, marking the first joint training for such a mission.
