Praktiker Hellas, acquired by Pavăl Holding in 2025, reported a decline in sales and increased losses in its first year under new ownership. The company generated sales of €179.84 million, down 3.4% from the previous year, while net losses rose from €1.76 million to €2.1 million. Pavăl Holding invested €57.05 million to support the business, increasing equity significantly. The company is undergoing a transformation, including the renovation of stores and a rebranding process for its 17 locations in Greece. It serves around seven million customers annually and operates both physical stores and an online platform.
