Additionally, a red hydrological warning was issued for eastern rivers in Constanța, predicting rapid floods and potential local flooding. Citizens are advised to avoid flooded areas and follow official guidance. Severe weather warnings are also in effect for several southern and eastern counties, including Bucharest, with expected rainfall of 25–35 l/m², and isolated areas exceeding 40 l/m².
