On November 3, 2026, the war in Ukraine reached its 1713th day, with the U.S. announcing new negotiations between Russia and Ukraine scheduled for November 10-11 in Abu Dhabi. These talks, mediated by Washington, will focus on post-war security guarantees, humanitarian efforts, and steps towards peace.
