Employees working Monday to Friday will enjoy a four-day break from November 28 to December 1, 2026, except for those in essential services. The holidays of St. Andrew and Romania's National Day will extend the weekend without requiring vacation days. The last working day before this break is November 27, with work resuming on December 2. Both holidays are recognized as legal non-working days under labor law, applicable to both private and public sectors. Employees who work during these holidays are entitled to compensatory time off or a salary bonus. Following these holidays, Christmas will bring additional days off on December 25 and 26, 2026.
