Notably, over 4 million lei was lost due to illegal retention of income from public space usage. Additionally, several county directorates were found to be inactive yet still receiving salaries for management positions. Minister Florin Manole stated he initiated a control check based on the Court's findings, criticizing the delay in addressing these issues.
