She highlighted the absence of an official document from the European Commission explaining the removal of the aircraft from the funding project. The minister questioned the decision to continue the procurement without clear financing and necessary documents. She noted that the aircraft would require a pilot and maintenance services, which the ministry lacks. Additionally, a LiDAR system had already been purchased, raising concerns about its use after the aircraft's cancellation. Bucura Oprescu plans to discuss with the government to find a solution for utilizing the investment and ensuring the project's progress.
