Tomcat Hospitality has postponed the opening of Marketta Food Hall, the largest food hall in Romania, to early 2027. Initially set for this fall, the venue will feature 31 culinary concepts from eight countries, including Japan, Mexico, and France. Notable brands like Relais de l’Entrecôte and Em Sherif Café will debut in Romania. The food hall will also include a central bar, serving drinks throughout the day. The historic Ford factory building has been restored, maintaining its industrial character. Tomcat Hospitality operates around 45 locations in Romania, with a culinary direction led by chef Cătălin Petrescu.
