Romania's foreign exchange reserves decreased to €58.553 billion by October 31, 2026, down from €60.060 billion at the end of September. In October, inflows amounted to €4.385 billion, while outflows reached €5.892 billion, primarily due to changes in minimum reserves and public debt payments. The gold reserve remained stable at 103.6 tons, valued at €11.823 billion. Total international reserves, including gold, were €70.376 billion at the end of October, compared to €72.340 billion in September. Upcoming public debt payments in November are approximately €1.482 billion.
