Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky requested the U.S. to provide interceptor missiles for Patriot systems for one month to avoid attacks on Russian refineries. In an interview, he emphasized the need for U.S. support against Russian strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Zelensky stated that if the U.S. wants Ukraine to refrain from attacking Russian refineries, they must either stop Russian attacks or supply missiles. He expressed confidence in sharing the truth with U.S. partners and highlighted the strong support from American society. The Trump administration recently approved the sale of 500 Patriot missiles to Ukraine, but Zelensky warned that deliveries could take years.
