Alexander Zverev has officially become the world number one as of Monday, following the ATP ranking update. The German player, who won both the Roland-Garros and US Open this season, secured his position after Jannik Sinner announced the end of his season in early October. Zverev confirmed his rise to the top on October 29, after defeating Tallon Griekspoor in the ATP 500 Vienna tournament. The ATP top 10 as of November 2 includes Zverev at number one with 9,550 points, followed closely by Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz.
