Over 3,000 Romanians have registered for the "Friendship Forest" event on November 7 in Prahova, aiming to set a Guinness World Record for the most people planting trees simultaneously. Participants will gather in Cărbunari to plant 35,000 saplings, fostering community spirit and environmental awareness. The event includes various activities, food, and a concert, with an official Guinness adjudicator present to validate the record attempt. Registration is free, and volunteers are encouraged to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. The initiative is organized by Act for Tomorrow and Kaufland Romania, involving numerous companies and educational institutions.
