Electrica has launched the second edition of the Shadow Volt program, allowing students to gain direct professional experience with the company's executives. Applications are open until November 11, 2026, on volt.electrica.ro. Three winners will work alongside the CEO, CFO, and CBDO for a month, participating in meetings and developing a project. The program emphasizes decision-making and collaboration, moving away from traditional CV-based recruitment. The first edition saw over 150 applicants, focusing on ideas and adaptability rather than resumes. Participants reported valuable experiences and personal growth during their internships, highlighting the program's unique approach to engaging young talent in the energy sector.
