The body of a 49-year-old man missing for a year and a half was discovered in a septic tank at his home in Neamț County. Authorities were alerted by a relative who suspected he might be dead. The man was last seen about 18 months ago, and the discovery was made after relatives noticed clothing in a hole behind the toilet. Emergency services retrieved the decomposed body from the septic tank.
