The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has issued warnings for heavy rain and strong winds across several counties, including Bucharest and Ilfov. A yellow and orange alert for rain is in effect from November 2 to 4, with significant precipitation expected in Constanța. Rainfall amounts may reach 40-90 liters per square meter in some areas. Snow is anticipated in mountainous regions above 1,700 meters, with accumulations of 5-20 centimeters. Wind gusts could reach 70 km/h in southern regions and up to 80 km/h on mountain peaks. The alerts are set to remain in effect until November 4, 20:00.
