The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has issued warnings for heavy rain and strong winds across several counties, including Bucharest and Ilfov. A yellow and orange code for precipitation is in effect from November 2 to 4, with significant rainfall expected in Constanța. Rainfall amounts may reach 20-50 liters per square meter in various regions, while snowfall is anticipated in mountainous areas above 1,700 meters. Wind gusts could reach 40-50 km/h in southern regions and up to 80 km/h in mountainous areas. Additional warnings for rain and wind have been issued for several counties, including Dolj and Olt, with expected rainfall of 25-30 liters per square meter.
