He announced plans to amend the Urbanism Code, which currently imposes a 100% tax increase on unauthorized constructions. Stoica emphasized the need for a simplified legal regularization process for these homeowners, aiming to support them rather than penalize them. He also highlighted issues regarding balconies closed during thermal rehabilitation projects, indicating that local authorities should not shift the burden of authorization problems onto residents. The Ministry will analyze these cases and propose legislative changes to Parliament.
