On October 30, a 44-year-old driver in Săcele tested at 0.85 mg/l alcohol, while a 65-year-old in Codlea registered 0.87 mg/l. The following day, a 39-year-old in Bran was found with 0.74 mg/l. All drivers were taken for medical testing, and criminal cases were opened against them for driving under the influence.
