Metro Convenience Romania SRL received a capital injection from its parent company in Germany, increasing its social capital by approximately €22,800. The company operates the LaDoiPași Extra convenience store chain, which has around 87 locations in urban areas. Despite significant revenue growth, the company reported losses of 74.8 million lei for the previous year. The proximity store concept has been tested since 2022 and is now implemented in 30 units in Bucharest.
