Florin Manole, the Minister of Labor, announced that pensioners in four Romanian counties will receive new pension slips starting November 2026. The updated slips will feature a new design, additional payment information, and a QR code. Initially introduced in Bistrița-Năsăud, Covasna, Harghita, and Ialomița, these slips will be officially issued by the National House of Pensions. Additionally, in December, pensioners will receive financial support based on income thresholds, with amounts ranging from 300 to 500 lei depending on their pension size.
