Starting in November, the National House of Public Pensions will distribute new purple vouchers to pensioners receiving payments via bank accounts or cards. Initially, this will occur in four counties: Bistrița-Năsăud, Covasna, Harghita, and Ialomița. The new vouchers will feature improved graphics, detailed pension amounts, and a QR code. The distribution will be gradual to allow authorities to monitor the process and make adjustments based on pensioners' feedback. Minister Florin Manole confirmed that these vouchers are official documents issued by the National House of Public Pensions.
