Traffic on Lot 3 of the A0 North Highway in Bucharest will open only after all safety conditions are met, according to CNAIR. Currently, the contractor is installing protective barriers and road markings. The construction is being carried out by the Chinese company CCECC, with physical progress at approximately 98.35% as of October 2026. The section spans 8.6 kilometers and has a contract value of around 398 million lei, excluding VAT.
