The incident occurred when police were called to a dispute between him and his 72-year-old father. Upon arrival, the younger man exhibited aggressive behavior, striking an officer and using offensive language. He was subsequently restrained and taken to the police station for legal action. The older man declined to complete a risk assessment form, and police informed him of his rights regarding a protection order. The case has been forwarded to the prosecutor's office for further investigation.
